Legal Statement

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dow Credit Union shall not be liable to you or to any third party under any circumstances or under any legal theory, including without limitation tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, inaccuracies in results, or computer failure or malfunction, nor for any actions or decisions made by financial service providers or other third parties based on information collected from or about you through the Platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and a third party, you acknowledge and agree that Dow Credit Union has no obligation to participate in, assist with, or resolve such dispute. You further release Dow Credit Union and its employees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes or to your use of the Platform.
